We make no secret that we are here to make some money and share a laugh, while helping you to make iT simpler.

how can I upgrade/ downgrade my membership?

so what’s with the gimmicky spelling of iT?

People often say that the trouble with IT is that there is too much emphasis on the T and not enough on the I. We have simply extended that view to the logical progression, by always referring to iT – as a reminder of the perpetual imbalance.

why do you hide most of your content?

the flippant answer is that we ran out of grandmothers to sell. The serious answer is that we need to make an honest crust while amusing ourselves and helping you to make iT simpler. Where else can you get such an effective combination of great business technology insight and diabolically fantastic artwork?

why is this FAQ not structured properly, haven’t you heard about hypertext?

Please don’t shout, we can hear you loud and clear. To paraphrase the immortal words of Homer J. Simpson: Just because we don’t care doesn’t mean we don’t understand.

why verities and balderdash?
